To acknowledge that you’re here

Well -rehearsed and polished

Sounding so sincere

This is a well-oiled congregation

With hardly any rust

But we’ll maintain our distance

Until we’re sure you’re one of us

While our words and actions may conflict

Our intentions are mostly pure

We stand upon the Word of God

Though our footing is a bit unsure

We really miss the old hymns

But we’ll sing whatever brings ‘em in

We’re so glad you chose to worship with us today - YEAH!!!
