When We Arrive

When we arrive

at that eye-twinkling moment

of instant and eternal change

Will we instantly know all we need to know

or finally be ready to learn

what takes forever to be taught?

Will any questions still remain - waiting patiently to be answered or

like our former dwellings from days of old

simply settle in the dust of our past tents?

Will mysteries still disturb our peace of mind

or become an accepted, even welcomed

fact of life?

Will it be the next or last beginning

on that certain day

when we arrive?
