Crucifying the Flesh

It’s a little like “wack a mole.” In this life the old man still pops up
(almost any place we’re not looking). The better approach
is to quit playing the game and unplug the machine from the
power source. It will take a very short while for the “popping up”
to come to a complete stop, but it will stop and finally stop for good.
And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with
its passions and desires. (Galatians 5:24)
